My Approach
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Complex Trauma Specialist, and EMDR-trained practitioner, my work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique healing journey. With years of experience supporting individuals through complex trauma, I bring a trauma-informed, whole-person approach that recognizes how emotional pain is shaped by personal history, relationships, and the broader environments and systems we move through.
