Individual 1:1 Therapy Session

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective, research-backed therapy for trauma, PTSD, and other challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, and life transitions.
In EMDR, we gently guide your attention between a past experience and bilateral stimulation—often through guided eye movements—to help your brain process memories naturally. This can reduce the emotional intensity of distressing experiences, allowing you to experience relief, understanding, and healing.
What makes EMDR unique is its focus on your own internal processing—you do not need to recount every detail of a difficult memory. Sessions are tailored to your pace and needs, and the therapy is integrated into your larger healing journey.
